Basic Science Department

The Department conducts courses on Engineering Chemistry, Weak students are identified and special classes are conducted for them to enable them to perform well. As a result of the sincere effort of the Deptt of Basic Science, team, the department has been consistently obtaining excellent results, with many students scoring 100 %

Introduction of Applied Science

The department of Applied Sciences was established in the year 2010. In the first year the Department of Applied Sciences teaches 360 students. The motto of this department is to promote a culture of teaching –learning and scientific growth of its students and prepare them regionally and globally to meet the challenges in a large scale.   The Department comprises its four major aspects of teaching

1. Applied Mathematics
2. Applied Physics
3. Applied Chemistry
4. English

With creating a culture of learning and support students to develop their knowledge, learning and skills by engaging in professionally relevant programs of study, till date more than 2000 students had been taught from this department. Beginning with a modest strength of three members in the department, now it has grown in strength of having 10 faculty members in which 2 faculty members are PhDs, and 1 are pursuing their PhD programs. Since very first year of engineering we are providing excellent infrastructure like using smart board studies presentation mode of the topic, state –of –the-art laboratories for the academic development of the students.

As well as to support students as a part of learning community and ensure that all students understand their full potential with the provided opportunity and the area of their study subject matter.
